The Blue Ones, or Water Newts, as they are sometimes called, dwell on the Elemental Plane of Water. Their city, Orined, is the place of many comings and goings, with traders from all over. The Blue Ones, being masters of majik as they are, sustain a continual trade in apprentices with other planes. They are a surprisingly vengeful race, forgiving no surfacer a transgression, belying the placid nature of water on the Prime plane.
