Cold drakes are small dragonlets about two feet long. The cold drake is somehow related to the firedrake, but has the opposite power of producing extreme cold every few rounds if it gets into a fight.

Cold drakes lair in the Unknown Lands by preference, although they can survive much warmer climes. They are substantially less rare than firedrakes, but their habitat has not slowly turned into garnet sands over the last thousand years, either.

Majicians who have taken a cold drake as a familiar have found that their CON ability has increased by +1.
