Crawling Worms are scavengers attracted mostly by death. They dwell underground, away from the light, and dispose of the remains of those who fall in battle under the earth.

A Crawling Worm has only one sensory organ, a primitive scent organ in the upper part of its mouth. It crawls about blindly in the dark spaces, tasting the air for the smells of death.

A Crawling Worm is not a fussy eater. They consume flesh, bone, metal, and what ever else they can slurp up into themselves.
