Dragon tombs are rarely found, but on the few occasions when they have come to light (and someone has survived the discovery, at least long enough to gasp out the tale to be written down), they have been reported guarded by immense winged shadow-forms. These ice-cold wraiths have come to be popularly known as drakonshades.

Thirty to forty feet across with shadow-wings spread, the drakonshade has a freezing attack that drains experience levels from its opponents.
