The Fire People, or Fire Newts, as they are sometimes called, on the Elemental Plane of Fire.
They are surprisingly a placid race, preferring to read only their books, and be left alone. Their city F'yongyi is honeycombed with burrows, and is a frequently visited place for planar travelers, though strangers are kept to the outer wards of the city.
