The Goralzi were the original inhabitats of the Fruznok peaks, a fact the Elvs discovered late in their migration, for the Goralzi dwelt largely underground and only emerged a few times each year when the moon was particularly dim to raid the surface lands for meat and other takings.

Rough-skinned, amber through sienna in hue, the Goralzi are fierce defenders of their territory. For millennia now, they have warred against the Elvan invaders in the surface forests. The Elvs in turn have sealed many warrens off to prevent Goralzi raids in the night.

If traveling in the high forests of Mount Fruznok, it would be wise to avoid the wilder lands in the dark of the moon. The Goralzi are dangerous fighters, fierce in battle, and they usually hunt in groups.
